About AI Citation Tracker

AI Citation Tracker checks whether your domain gets referenced when an AI model answers questions related to your business. Enter your domain plus up to 5 target queries, and it sends each query to the AI model configured on this site (with live web search enabled where supported) and scans the response for your domain and for competitor domains mentioned instead. This is a proxy check against one configured model — it queries an AI API directly, not the consumer ChatGPT.com, Perplexity.com, or Gemini apps themselves, since those do not offer a public way to test citations. Results can vary between runs and between models, the same way real AI answers do. Requires AI to be configured under AI Models settings (chat_gpt_api or open_router_key).
