What do these checks mean?

ValidThe address is properly formatted, its domain isn't disposable, and (if checked) its domain has a working mail server.

Invalid formatThe text doesn't match the structure of a real email address (missing @, missing domain, illegal characters, etc.).

DisposableThe domain belongs to a temporary or "burner" email service, commonly used to avoid giving out a real address.

Role-basedA shared inbox address like info@, admin@, or support@ rather than a named individual — often lower quality for outreach lists.

No mail serverThe domain has no MX (or fallback A) record, meaning it currently cannot receive any email at all.

Possible typoThe domain is very close to a major provider (like gmail.com) and may have been mistyped.

DuplicateThis exact address already appeared earlier in your list.
